What Happens Next?

You should receive a call from us within 48 hours – usually less, depending on the day of the week and the hour of the day in which you are inquiring. Our admissions staff work normal business hours, weekdays. PLEASE WATCH FOR AND ANSWER OUR CALL, which may be by cell phone. If you miss it, then call us right back at that number. For privacy reasons, we often will not leave a message and you may not recognize the caller ID, so it may appear that we didn’t call at all. If we do not have a chance to connect by phone within 48 hours, please call us directly at the number listed on this site (during normal business hours).

When we call you, we can either schedule a time to talk later, or we can take time right then to provide you with more information. We’ll describe our costs and procedures, and even try to discern whether your child might be a good fit for our program. Or, we can provide you with information about other programs that might be a better fit.
